Enhancing Access Roads. With the opening of the ALI Spine Road connection to the Mamplasan Exit of the South Luzon Expressway on May 2010, getting to NUVALI is now faster as vehicles can now avoid the traffic along the Sta. Rosa-Tagaytay Road. The ALI Spine Road is an eight-kilometer private road that is accessible to the residents, locators, investors and buyers of NUVALI and the Ayala Communities in the South through appropriate car stickers. The expansion of the NUVALI Boulevard is also ongoing with the addition of another two lanes. Moreover, the section of the Sta. Rosa-Tagaytay Road fronting NUVALI is currently undergoing expansion and realignment. With its completion at the first half of 2011, traffic at the national road is expected to be relieved, thus, making trips to NUVALI more efficient. On top of these road developments, a Transport Terminal will also be constructed in NUVALI on May 2011. It will have several bays for buses and other public utility vehicles. Its establishment is envisioned to connect NUVALI to other town centers and regional hubs.
